Taiwan-Germany Semiconductor Collaboration on Ferroelectric FinFETs

WLab is exciting for Taiwan-Germany Semiconductor Collaboration with NSTC-DFG project on Development and Reliability Improvement of Ferroelectric FinFETs for Emerging Memory

and Neuromorphic Applications (ReFinE). This project is involved the collaborations between National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) (PI: Prof. Tian-Li Wu/Co-PI: Prof. Chun-Hsiung Lin) in Taiwan, Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TUBAF) (PI: Prof. Johannes Heitmann), and Fraunhofer Institute for Photonic Microsystems (Fraunhofer IPMS) (Dr. Maximilian Lederer, Dr. Yannick Raffel, Dr. Thomas Kämpfe, Konrad Seidel, ) in Germany.
