2025 NYCU ECE Teaching Award

Professor Tian-Li Wu was awarded the 2025 ECE Teaching Award at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, in recognition of his outstanding achievements in teaching. Professor Wu has been actively promoting English-taught courses, offering Semiconductor Physics and Devices, Reliability and Failure Physics of Semiconductor Devices, and the experimental, practice-oriented course Electrical Characterization Technology and Laboratory of Power Devices. These courses not only deliver comprehensive professional knowledge but also emphasize fostering students’ global perspectives and interdisciplinary thinking. Through rigorous course design, innovative teaching methods, and industry-integrated teaching materials, Professor Wu has successfully cultivated students with both solid theoretical foundations and practical skills, earning high recognition from both students and colleagues.
