To foster the next generation of research talent and honor Dr. Ta-You Wu's remarkable contributions to science and technology, Taiwan's National Science Technology and Council (NSTC) established the "Ta-You Wu Memorial Award" in 2002—an esteemed recognition for young scholars. Congratulations to Professor Tian-Li Wu for receiving this prestigious award!
Prof. Wu focuses on 1) GaN/SiC/Ga2O3 Power semiconductor and electronics, 2) Advanced ferroelectric memory, and 3) reliability analysis, and 4) AI-assisted device design. His team is unique in Taiwan dedicated to these research areas at the same time . He authored/coauthored more than 100 publications in peer reviewed journals or conferences.
Furthermore, Prof. Wu actively engages in international collaborations with institutions such as imec (Belgium), Fraunhofer (Germany), UC Berkeley (USA), A*STAR (Singapore), and the IIT (India). He believes that such interactions inject fresh ideas and broaden research horizons, fostering cross-disciplinary cooperation and enriching Taiwan's global presence and competitiveness.
